Location. Near to everything.

The staff who checked me un was frowning, probably because I havr lots of questions. I was also in frontline before and I know that there are days that our tough, but during my checked in it was not even busy.

The room is clean and big. We have the junior suite and there is a free and safe parking.

According to the description in the amenities iron and ironing board are available in the room but it’s not. There is no view in my room ( junior suite)but the description says mountain and city view. Not enough selection on the breakfast buffet, in fact there’s a regular rice, chicken sausage. Beef broth soup and a few slices of watermelon. That’s it!

Petit déjeuner copieux et ils prennent soin de vous

Tous les soirs il y avait un concert sur le toit. Le prix était plus élevé que lors de la réservation (environ 2000 php de plus) et ils demandent une caution de 1000php qu'ils ne m'ont jamais rendu

Ligging was goed. Kamers waren netjes en goed geisoleerd tegen lawaai. Het ontbijt is goed , niet zo uitgebreid maar ok , als er geen fruit ligt moet je er om vragen en dan komt het wel. Wil je bv ontbijtspek dan vraag je ernaar en dan komt het wel.

Het bed op de standaard kamer is te klein voor 2 personen , wij hebben een upgrade gedaan naar luxe kamer , hier was het bed wel ok.

No umbrella provided despite the weather. Choice of breakfast was poor. Wrote in to ask about transport but didn't get any response

Petit déjeuner sans grand intérêt. Un Européen ne mange pas de sardines et du riz au petit déjeuner! Les carrelages des murs de la douche n'ont plus été nettoyé depuis longtemps! (Chambre 814)

Nettoyer mieux les salles de bains. Offrir plus de choix pour un Européen au petit déjeuner comme charcuterie, fromages, yaourts

the window did not open the bathroom bad odour no Jacuzzi no sauna gym 2 pieces of equipment bed hard poor décor noise reverberates through out the 6th floor I stayed room 620 drunks coming home early morning banging doors and making a ruckus paid £35.00 per night was worth probably 15 - 20 per night will never stay there again felt like asking for refund avoid this hotel at all costs

Nice room and comfortable beds, there is a cafe/bar at the ground floor where you can unwind after a busy day

The room smells old, breakfast was a bufdet but didn’t have many selections. The hotel across has better buffet menu.

The hotel was all that it was made out to be. IT is quite modern and has good facilities. The location is good and easy to get transport as required. The wifi was good and the restaurant and bar also had good facilities and efficient staff. A good breakfast was provided too.

Great and freindly staff

Room wasnt clean. Mold on the showers. Soon as i got off on the 4th floor the old and dated chairs smelled bad. Power went in and out every 10 minutes throughout the nite. No generator. No elevator do to power outagge

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das essen war OK.

Sehr schlechte Schallisolierung gegenüber anderen Zimmern und dem Gang. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist extrem klein und dreckig. Zudem wurde auf dem Dach renoviert. Staub und lerm. Keine Fenster im Zimmer bze Aussicht auf die Klimaanlage.

What was the highlight of Azzurro Hotel（阿祖洛酒店）

a man opened our room door while my wife was undressing. Thank God my screaming wife did not suffer a stroke! Vehemently complained to manager about HUGELY incompetent 2 front desk staff for giving our room to a newly checked in guest . I immediately called front desk staff to complain and who initially refused to give her name! Only after three calls to the front desk insisting on asking for their names... did they finally give me their names. We have never experienced tnis kind of incompetence in our numerous international and local travels, First time we stayed here.. i.e. last year, had experienced a rude staff at check-in which I complained about ( to same manager) but I chose then not to review on booking,com. With this second stay, chance , NEVER AGAIN. In the evening, the manager had some food and drinks delivered to our room, we guess as apology - my wife and I were not in the mood to accept due to egregious and serious breach of dundamentals of room privacy and basic room security. Moreover,I paid IN CASH and was told my receipt will be provided to me after my breakfast, not on the spot! Huh?! What if staff later denied NOT having received my cash? My word will then be against the staff’s word?

It was near to the place where we need to go,good food

There was a typhoon so we need to stay one more night. When we are about to check out it is still raining hard,so i called the front desk and ask them if we could stay for 30 mins after check out time of 12 pm, without hestitation the front desk lady said NO!!! Such a dissapointment

the staff''s attitude were very arrogant. the room was very nallow and the wallpaper was broken. the breakfast was bad taste and no choice. the receiptionist was the worst in my life. ete. every body ，Ｉrecommend you .never stay this hotel‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
